Product Spotlight - Hello Mini Skein Sets...
We have launched some very exciting mini skein sets based on our 8 core colourways. We have taken the variegated colourway and dyed up semi-solid colourways to compliment the variegated using the same dye colours that are in the variegated skein.
It solves the problem of trying to match colours to the variegated skein. These sets are very versatile and can be used for a wide range of projects. They can be used for socks (each set has a minimum of 100g sock weight yarn in so perfect for a pair of socks), gloves/mittens and wrist wamers/leg warmers.
With multiple sets you can make shawls and wraps, with the popularity of yarn advent calendars there are lots of patterns (check out Ravelry) that use 24 x 20g mini skeins in a pattern to make a shawl/wrap/jumper.
Not just for knitting, these sets are ideal for weaving projects, grab a square loom, one of these sets and make a lovely gradient weave. Perfect for beginners and advance weavers alike and they make lovely gift sets for a yarn lover in your life.

The neon colours glow under U.V. blue light and really pop again the undyed yarn base. We have seen several examples of this set used for socks, using Punk Rocker for the body of the sock with contrasting heels and toes (Neon Green and Neon Pink work really well).
